Fictional Writings of Elleander Grey

  • Elleander garbled the three week old chewing gum to exercise his gums. He placed his coffee in the dispenser and moved on. He walked down upon the streets and missed his shadow, the feeble thing hid behind him today. Elleander slurringly dodged the homeless pigeons and watched the robots take the hungry away. Perhaps tourists would feel ashamed, but tourists were no more, every city had become the same by now. Visiting a city became nothing more than walking down a few blocks past the local grocery store. What was it to fly to Honolulu, if you simply look down the street and see the same signs and lampposts, and people. Walk walk walk. Elevation was increasing, relation decreasing, gum flavor diminishing, what a day it was going to be. Elleander proceeded past the open doors in the middle of the street to cross the highway. He sat down next to three week old paper and took notice to it for a second. He remembered that week. But it was of no concern to him now. He made a gesture to himself in regret of stumbling in his thoughts and continued through the doors. Elleander shaped the fabric of his sweater and appealed it to the sky where he constructed a fashionable and economic new way to live. Without clothes, elleander would be closer to himself, no more ridiculous cleansing of meaningless items. No more buying or scrubbing of scraps of materials not worth the time even to glance at. Time was the only thing precious to elleander anymore. He knew what to do with it, but could never get enough. Time was like a drug to him. He was always trying to recreate it though, even if it was forever lost and forgotten. His idiotic ways of self-sacrifice and defiance led him to self-destruction. Elleander wanted to feed everyone with cocaine and heroin, and to see if they would care anymore. It was through education that he remembered everything that he already knew, and realized nothing would change through drugs. His habitual reminders, and self-propoghanda forced down his thoughts with druggy robots serving no purpose now but to crowd the streets of his brain. Damn bots.
