Fictional Writings of Elleander Grey

  • hey walked downstairs and outside the way they'd come. It was refreshing to be outside the stifling coal colored walls and immersed in the heavenly blue landscape and enveloping green nature. Elleander lead Dillon across a field and over a hill through bushes, willows and ivy toward another building. This one, however, was much different. It was elegant in its design, the lines of the facade curved and swayed with those of the green hills next to them. It blended into the the horizon, accented it modernly, but organically. As though it were a growth of the hill itself. A hobbit's palace as it were. They circled around the building to the entrance. It was much taller and wider than the previous one, and it had large wooden doors guilded to the gold colored facade. Elleander opened the doors and saw a large fountain in the middle of a breathtaking array of flowers and trees. The building and the landscaping seemed to weave in and out here and there with roof tops serving both as staircases and openings to the sky above. Their were two main pathways. Elleander veered toward the left as Dillon followed breathlessly. The path they followed was lined by two parallel glass veins on the ground. Dillon could hear water coursing through the inside of them.
